Regional Nonprofit Alliance
The Regional Nonprofit Alliance provides training and technical assistance to help enhance the capacity of nonprofit organizations located in rural Appalachia. Established in 2008 with the help of a generous gift from the Sugar Bush Foundation, the Alliance is a collaborative effort of the Voinovich School and the Office of Campus-Community Engagement at Ohio University.

The Regional Nonprofit Alliance is currently scheduling a series of 10 listening sessions throughout the region, July 21 - 25, 2008. Those with first-hand knowledge of the challenges facing Appalachian nonprofits (including staff, board members, volunteers, and other stakeholders) will be invited to come together to share their ideas and experiences in a structured conversation.
