Strategic Planning

The Voinovich School provides customized strategic planning assistance to local and state governmental agencies and nonprofit organizations.  In addition to facilitating planning sessions, the Voinovich School can provide data analysis, survey research, and experience in solving specific organizational and community problems to help agencies and organizations develop strategies and directions for the future.

Improving Access to Mental and Behavioral Health
The Voinovich School paired with Paint Valley Drug Addiction and Alcohol Services to help assess and improve access to mental and behavioral health services for school-age children in a five-county area.

Mayors Partnership for Progress

The Mayors Partnership for Progress is a group of mayors from Appalachian Ohio that collaborates with the Voinovich School to promote regional cooperation and advancement.

City of Wellston Retail- and Service-Based Market Study

After a clothing manufacturer in Wellston, Ohio closed, leaving 150 people unemployed, city officials contacted the Voinovich School to help revive the city’s economy.
