The Economic Impact of the Health Sector in Rural Ohio, 2006 [2008]
This report presents an assessment of the economic contribution of the health sector to each of 79 rural Ohio counties in 2006.
ACCESS AND SUCCESS - Appalachian Ohio Report 2: Preliminary Analysis of High School Students Survey [2008]
This report presents preliminary findings from the first of two surveys of the high school class of 2008 in Appalachian Ohio. The results presented here are from the survey conducted in the fall/winter of the 2007-08 academic year. The survey was conducted in 25 high schools located throughout the 29-county Appalachian Ohio region. In all, 1,145 high school seniors completed the survey for an overall response rate of 38 percent.

2006 Ohio Outdoor Recreation and Satisfaction Survey [2007]
This report presents the results of a statewide household survey regarding the outdoor recreation preferences of Ohio residents. Six thousand households were mailed the survey. Findings from the survey are used by Ohio Department of Natural Resources in establishing it's Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan.

ACCESS AND SUCCESS – Appalachian Ohio Report 1: Analysis Of Selected State And National Data [2007]
This document is the first product of a two-year research effort addressing postsecondary education access and completion for students from the 29 Appalachian Ohio counties. Appalachian Ohio is of particular importance for research that informs education policy, as the region has historically had a lower college going rate, a less educated workforce, and a higher rate of poverty and overall unemployment than the rest of the state.

This report presents an assessment of the calculated impact of Ohio University’s Innovation Center on the economy of Athens County in 2006. The Impact Analysis for Planning (IMPLAN) economic modeling software program was utilized in this study.

Lancaster and Pickerington Campus Student Profile [2006]
Demographic and enrollment data were analyzed for applicants and enrolled students at this regional campus. This was the first phase of a three part study identifying opportunities for increasing enrollment at the campus.

In 2006 an electronic prescription system was deployed in a multi-office private medical practice. This report presents an assessment of the impact this technology on physician pharmacy relations and the operation of the practice.
