Ohio E-Check Customer Satisfaction Survey

Since 2005, the Voinovich School has annually conducted a large-scale customer satisfaction mail survey for the Ohio E-Check Vehicle Emissions Testing Program. E-Check testing identifies vehicles that emit excessive levels of pollutants into the air and, as such, is an important component of Ohio EPA’s efforts to reduce ground level ozone. The School is posed to conduct the latest phase of this study beginning in summer, 2008.

Confessions of a Reluctant Caregiver: Pilot Program Evaluation
The play, Confessions of a Reluctant Caregiver, is being used in a pilot program to teach medical professionals to deal with the difficult issues surrounding caring for the terminally ill. Voinovich School staff are evaluating the program's effectiveness.
